Throttle Body
I found alot of information about TBs but havent found alot about boring out manifolds. Is there any need to bore out manifold to match throttle body?

well rule of thumb...
Bored TB will give you a crisper throttle response from idle to go
The manfold will be a restriction because you can't take full advantage of the Bigger throttle body. When the manifold is ported out to match the throttle body then you can move more volume of air at one time.
The new problem is the cylinder head that would have to be Ported and Polished to take full advantage of your entire port match intake.
they are all complementary to get maximum gains you need all 3. the TB will just get you a very responsive throttle feel.
