Would a Toda head be worth the cash or could you just have a bunch of machine work done to your own head and end up with the same result?

lol hmmm. Theres a used Toda head for $1500. polished valves, ported and polished runners, copper valve guides, balanced cc chambers. I have thought for some time of doing spoon .2 compression bump headgasket, slight mill on the head, 5 angle valve job....
