Using A VAFC
I won't be tuning it, i'll have a shop tune it, I didn't know if I needed to get one or if the shop has a device to do it. i've heard if guys running the vafc w/o the af gauge. just wondering if you needed one after the tune is complete
Check with the shop...they may be using a sniffer at the end of the tailpipe instead of needing a bung. Its not totally neccessary to have a wideband if you are getting it pro tuned, but its just some extra security for you. Kind of like having an oil pressure gauge.

a dyno tuner is going to have their own wideband, if you have one already they are just going to yank it and pop theirs in your bung hole for tuning. let them do the tuning, they can weld in a bung for their sensor and just cap it off with a bolt or something so you can at your leisure install your own wideband later on...
