Hey I got a question. Today I went to some used parts store for hondas and acuras and was looking for something when I came across this for $30... I'm still a noob so I don't completely know what it means but is it ment for tuning or what? It looks like a plug and play. Help me out for more info on what this does? Thank You!

 

Its a plug-and-play harness for an Apexi VAFC-II. They refer to the VAFC as a "piggy back" tuning solution because it is used in conjunction with the stock ECU. It modifies signals coming in/out of the stock ECU in order to manipulate how the car runs. It it commonly used to lower your VTEC point and/or lean out any rich points in your power curve (like the top-end of AP1's). Search the forums for VAFC and read more about it.
