I'm installing the Skunk 2 70mm throttle body but don't know what this connection is for.
Can anyone help out?

May be a built in port for boost readings. Does it show directly underneath inside the neck? Which side of the plate is the port on?

Could just be an extra vacuum port, just plug it off.
