What to get...
MY = MODEL YEAR
And agree alarm is a good idea, seatlocks, and soon to come hardtop lock for when/if you get a hardtop. Save for coilovers for looks. Headers exhaust for performance (although not much gains) and sound.

seat locks, test pipe, and a shift knob.
i personally prefer a lightweight knob like the Razo RA42. it makes it feel like i have a short shifter.
don't forget maintenance. change your engine oil, tranny oil, & diff oil on time. replace your brake fluid if it hasn't been done in awhile. make sure your tires have enough tread. make sure it's aligned properly.

im of the "little bling, litle zing" camp...
but i think the most "fun" product is an intake. it just gives you that engine growl that sounds so cool an really increases the "fun factor" and even gives you a few hp.
i sunno, i like mods that make the car more fun, no one says your car has to be a freakin hardcore racecar all the time

since you've already bought the shift knob, I'd say either a test pipe (invidia if you are wanting 70mm... I have the Berk) or a K&N intake.... the money you have left probably wont get a substantial alarm, and I do recommend saving for track time.
A test pipe is the best bang for the buck in the HP category, I dont think sway bars would be as nice as springs on an S2000, the chassis is pretty rigid stock, look under your airbox and check out the huge structural bar underneath it! The front end is pretty solid. Has anyone mentioned a head unit and speakers?!!!?!?!
Intake isn't really worth it imo, because you get minimal gains if any and you run the risk of hydro-locking. If you really want a louder grumble just take off the stock airbox cover its free and you really wouldn't notice 1-2hp lost if any at all. Best of all its FREE.
