Default What mods to get?

I was thinking of getting the K&N FIPK series II and a 70mm testpipe.

I already have Swift springs and AP2 OEM front lip on MY04.

What would you get?

Interesting. Haven't thought about that. Can you explain more on which gears and why? Not sure if it'll be within my budget though.

It's going to be more than $500 to buy gears, then have them installed properly...Puddy can get you some 4.44s in a diff already built and together for $1300 shipped, and will refund you $400 if you ship him back your stock diff. So $900 for them already installed and his are cryo treated so they are stronger, which would be nice to have.

I say get the FIPK, and if you have the OEM exhaust and don't plan on upgrading it soon get a 60mm test pipe. If you plan on getting a 70mm exhaust sometime soon get the 70mm test pipe.

Will a 70mm negatively affect performance with OEM exhaust or is it that a 60mm will benefit greater?

Also a couple possibilities are a front strut bar or an ETD.

Well a 70mm wont hurt anything, but it's always best to keep the exhaust the same size, and your exhaust should never reduce because it basically creates a bottleneck in the system instead of improving airflow. So if you plan on upgrading soon it will be fine to get the 70mm, but it's not going to benefit you over a 60mm one with the OEM system.

I have a $35 ebay front strut bar and it works just as well as any other strut bar. They are only for looks and something to lean on in the engine bay so no point in spending a lot on one.

Save a little more and buy an HKS 75mm.

Or do an FIPK and AUT plate.

KN FIPK - not for the power but just for the sweet, sweet induction noise
