Save a little more money get Kia Gears. That or Nitrous is the only way your gunna make true power, exhaust and intake is just for audio pleasure gains are made with bolt ons when you tune. look into a cutout if your dyeing to hear you cars balls and keep the stock exhaust.

IMO convex side mirrors and moddiction weighted shift knob are also great mods if you don't already have them..

Not sure what kind of things you are more interested in but here is a little list of things i purchased...

Invidia 70mm Test Pipe = $100

Megan Racing Drift Spec Exhaust = $300 Very loud and i love the look.

K&N Fipk = $200 Not the greatest looking intake but its simple and does the job, probably the second loudest (i cant hear it with my exhaust set up lol)

AUT Cooling Plate = $160. there are tons of different places to buy it. I purchased mine from a random group buy first one didnt fit so i sent back and they sent another, had to drill one hole a little bigger but she fits okay and looks damn good, great combo with the FIPK.

DPT Motorsports Ebay Header = $90, cheap header but looks and fits great.

There are a lot of other little things you could purchase under the hood like oil and coolant caps, plug covers, it all depends on what you think is worth it. By the way if i were you i would try to buy used performance parts. Mainly because all they do is shed weight and look/sound good.

As far as the Megan Racing Exhaust:
It will give you a kind of rasp on decel, screams honda boy rice for me coming from a subaru, but thats just me, alot of other true honda lovers feel thats the epitome of how the s2000 should sound.

And yea what are you trying to do? make it faster? or make it prettier? Maybe look into painting you wheels, or doing something do your engine bay, got to give us a little more on what YOU want next, and than we can help.

Aw they dont sound that bad. They are just really loud and have some droning in the 3-4k range that can be controlled for the most part. It is definitly one of the love or hate exhausts lol

You really have to hear an exhaust in person though...
