A friend of mine went to a car show (I had to work) and snapped a few pictures of this S2000. I lurk here a lot and have never seen an intake like this; any idea who makes it?
What I am more interested in, is what piece that is under the intake with all the holes, covering the cross-member bar (it looks like it may be two separate pieces?) I'm really interested in it. Is it custom made?

 

Ebay pieced together intake. They just ran an extra tube down to the bumper to try and get some more air to the filter.

 

That's a major heat soak.

 

It looks like a cold air intake with a bypass filter.
