So I'm looking to buy some cams. Definitely going with bc stage 2. I just need help on where i can find the valve seals and wanted to know about steel vs Ti valve springs....going for added longevity and performace..

If you want longevity do not go with Ti. They need to be replaced often due to the metal gauling. As far as performance goes, really not much difference there. You can use lighter springs/retainers and dual coil ones the slam the valve closed faster but unless you undersize or over sized the valves there is no performance to be gained over stock on valvespring/retainers. Just use OEM AP2 stuff and your golden.

MajesticHonda should have all the parts you need. Including valve seals. Just google them and you are set.

Why does bc suggest retainers and valve springs as a required part in getting cams then? What about valve keepers? I need someone whos done this before to help me out with what exact part numbers to get.. i want to make sure i get it right

BC suggests them for AP1 motors. AP2 motors are okay on stock stuff. Just got my set of Stage 2 cams and looking forward to getting them in and tuned.

So since i have an ap2, all i need is just the cams and thats it? Is there something worth upgrading just to be safe? ..
