what would be the difference in sound between...

What would be the difference in sound throughout the RPM range with:

Stock S w/ only Cold air intake
Stock S w/ only Fujitsubo catback

One would make a louder sucking sound and the other a louder exhaust sound.

The exhaust would be louder at most times. The intake is really loud when you floor it...but I think the exhaust would still be louder at that point.
