rotor, brake, wheel, airbags, interior piece, seatbelt, tail light, trunk, antenna, bumper, knob, cluster, seat, console, TB,inake, door panel and possible a rear diff

dont spend more than 6k on it

Slap some rims on and that puppy should be good as new! Throttle body and intake piping and I don't see why it wouldn't start up from the pictures you supplied.

Aside from that it's all stuff you'd likely replace or remove for the track anyway! (Minus tail lights and headlights). Seems like you might have lined up a nice little track car.

Even if the ECU is gone going aftermarket on that might be a good idea anyway for tuning purposes, as well as to avoid issues with keys and immobilizer.

OT, but are these theieve Towing or Flatbedding these stolens S's??

Sad to see them like that all raped and dumped on the side of the road...
