problem is that you'll either take a risk hoping you don't get scammed buying someone else's used Volks (or spend a couple of grand on new), buying used rare wheels that will be impossible to replace if one gets too damaged or you buy rpf1 like over 90% of other S2Ks out there. If you avoid all these other routes you're left with choping your fenders, or buying some ugly wheel or wheel that is no wider than stock. I think I'm going to explore also changing lug patterns.

I agree that it's an over complication of a solution. If you don't want to get the wheels redrilled (because you're worried about the look of double holes) why not get them drilled to 5x114.3 right at the factory? They will take a while longer to get but it'll be a simple solution.

Have you looked at the NT03RR? They look very similar (better in my opinion) and they come in 17x8+48 and 17x9+63 in 5x114.3.
