Default Why NGK spark plugs

Hi everyone,

I was wondering what the reasoning is behind the fact that we should be using NGK spark plugs for our engines. I want to install the new pulstar plugs; but I afraid that we need these specific plug (NGK) or risk damaging our engine. Can you someone please explain the importance of this and why they are so highly recommended?

Thx,
Matt

NGK Forget Pulstar
Pulstar claims to give some power boost by storing voltage in a capacitor and releasing it in a big burst of spark.
The problem I have with this theory or marketing gimick is that the capacitor in the plug causes resistance in the first place so you basically you stealing your own voltage by causing resistance and putting it back so you're back to square one minus some precise timing and loss of voltage in the process
