Have you ever considered that some people are satisfied with the mods they do initially and dont feel like wasting more money on a dyno? Or how about convienence or the lack of when it comes to getting a dyno?

i dont understand when people verbally puke all over a thread just to be one upper or to see their own reply.

spending thousands on parts for expected hp and tq gains then coming back and saying "yeah it feels faster!" is pure crap.

if you want an exhaust for the sound, great, thats fine. if someone is posting a thread thats asking for ways to gain torque and people are like "well.. i did ____ and it feels more torquey" without anything to back it up....

thats the blind leading the blind.

convenience of a dyno? it takes less time to have your car dynoed than to put any part on a car other than maybe an intake. dont bullshit me about convenience...

wasting money? i guess that'd be right if you spent $1,000 on an exhaust hoping to gain power and put it on a dyno only to realise you lost power here or there.. i guess not having a dyno to prove you just wasted your time and money would probably help you sleep at night...

i wouldn't dyno after each nickel-dime mod you do but i'd definitely do a before and after dyno if installing forced induction, nitrous, or ITBs. i'm not going to dyno my car after an intake install to find out if i made one wheel horsepower...

If thats your opinion then fine.....just go start your own opinion thread or find one that asks for it. you come into a thread and just because you dont like what members have posted is It's our/their/your money.....do what you want with it. i can tell you that MY car IS faster no doubt about it after a few mods. I dont need to pay some idiot lunch money to tell me of they work or not.

when i mentioned convienence i meant the location of a dyno in relativity to where people live. who wants to waste 10.00 bucks in gas to go have some young punk tell me....."yep it worked"? Not me. No need to cuss my friend....it doesnt help your efforts, only makes you look more immature.

I seriously hope you arent referring to me and my car in this wasting money comment because frankly my man, it's none of your business how anyone spends their money. like i said i think you just like to one up or read your own shitty replies.

With the last two posts. Dyno time is not cheap. I don't know if you have stacks on deck or anything, but some really can't afford to get a dyno after each part they put on their cars. Like I said, to get multiple cases of positive feedback on a product is good enough for me. It shows that people do not regret getting that part.

Heck, the part is on the car already at that point. 9 out of 10 people are going to leave it on there anyway even if there is no dyno gain.

seriously?

you tell me you've never put your car on a dyno... how do you know? it could be true or it could be all in your head.

not to mention your aversion to dynos leads me to believe you've never baselined the car... so even if you went and had it done tomorrow you'd never know how much whatever you've got done to your car has helped or not.

as far as this being a personal attack? dude i dont know who you are or what's done to your car... nor do i care.

blind leading the blind. its as simple as that. i dont care about opinions, i care about results.

without documented gains there's no point to go around telling people you did this or that and you "feel" a difference. people that install tornados say they feel a difference too and it's no different.
