Default Windscreen Wiper Control Stalk Installation

Hey all.

Need to replace my Control stalk for my Windscreen Wiper. I've searched ALL over and I can't find a DIY!

I've undone the screws under the Steering column, removed that lower cover.

And that's as far as I've gone.

I can't remove the upper cover to get into the stalk and to remove it!

Steering wheel - I don't have the right size fitting for what ever hell that screw is called

Please lend me some aid!

You'll be able to get the upper cover off the steering column if you lower the column. I can't remember at the moment, but there are either two or four bolts holding the column up. Take a look straight up from under the dash and you'll see. Once the upper column cover is off, it should be a cake walk.
