A lot of people seem to love their test pipe purchases but I think that was the worst thing I bought. Exhaust sounded great but I just couldnt take the smell. Made me really self-conscious in traffic or when somebody pulled up behind the car at a light.

Not really a bad mod, but I went from Ap1 wheels, to Ap2v2 wheels and I did the "2 tone effect". I didn't really like it that much and wished I would have kept it OEM. The rear wheels were heavy and my Ap1 was def more sluggish. Once I found out the weight of the wheels( someone posted the weight 20lbs front and 22 lbs rear), they were promptly sold and replaced with light weight wheels. The tire shop badly scrapping a 10 out of 10 wheel, was the nail in the coffin. Now I have 18" SSR Comps that weigh less then Ap1's and I couldn't be happier. It always helps when u get your number 1 choice in wheels.

Agreed Ran Buddyclubs before (18 lb.'s a wheel), now running Tracklites 14-14.5 lb.'s a wheel. Everyone asks/ed me, "Why I went with Tracklites? My buddyclubs were beautiful, custom painted and all". I reply with "4 lb.'s a wheel difference." Their reply, "Oh, Good idea!!"

I don't know about worst but lets see

Megan upper strut bar - Hated it, didn't look right in the engine bay
Tanabe upper strut bar - Looked right but then realized it just got in the way
Apexi Dual 70mm - Was fun for a week the decided it wasn't loud enough and the tips weren't that cool blue
Invidia Dual Ti 70mm - Was fun for a day then decided it droned way too much the tips made me happy though
Now I run HKS Ti single overall good buy

Weapon R cold air intake - It was junk
Autometer gauges boost, water temp, oil temp, oil pressure - Spend the money get DEFI gauges they are awesome
No Name brand catch can - yea I bought a silver box off ebay and it caught the blow by and leaked it all over the engine bay.

Where to start, there are soooo many but the major ones that stick out. (In No Particular Order)

1.) Inline Pro Turbo Kit
2.) Mase Turbo Kit
3.) Mishimoto Fan Cowl
4.) CR Sway bars and rack brace
5.) Greddy Turbo Kit
6.) AEM Truboost Guage/Controller
7.) AEM Serial Gauge

And a leaky overflow tank nipple has nothing to do with the radiator. Air in the system would cause it to build up and leak out, but that's pretty much it.
I was referring to the nipple under the radiator cap where you hook the overflow hose to.

I don't want to come off as a giant dick but that is some of the worst advice I have ever heard. The main reason the aftermarket radiators make such a difference on these cars is because of the added fluid capactiy. The increase in fluid capacity allows the cooling system to dissipate more heat because there is more fluid to absorb it, plus the heating characteristics of aluminum allow more heat to be removed from the fluid. They hold about 1/2 to 3/4 of a gallon more than stock (about 5-6lbs of fluid) and the larger radiator is about the same weight as stock if not a lb or two lighter. So in the end you add 5 lbs to the vehicle. The increase in weight is worth the performance.

I do agree with you on the fact that the oem radiator does do its job quite efficiently. if you are stock or n/a with bolt-ons the oem one will do everything you need it to. But if it comes to track time or f/i, than the stock radiator is unable to keep up with the heat.

I've spoken with 3 FI guys all running over 400whp (2 of them tracked their cars a lot too) and all 3 of them said to stay stock, the OEM will keep up with cooling needs, as long as you cool the FI air sufficiently... also, the thickness of these aftermarket rads combined with all the other crap in front of them (AC, heat exchanger/intercooler, etc) makes it very difficult for air to get through, which isnt a problem with OEM.

My biggest regret mod.... prob my ebay headlights... they look good, and are pretty cheap but the lighting is much worse compared to the OEM HID housing. If the new AP2 replicas were out then I would have bought those, but alas, they weren't! Im not too upset about it, the stock ones needed to be replaced, and after selling the OEM the mod cost me around $60 total

Sometimes I regret all of them, lol, the S2000 stock is a great car, with nothing to worry about.

For example:
-I have purchased 5 exhausts, currently using 70mm ASM Single and thinking about going back to stock, there is no such thing as an aftermarket exhaust with no
Fujitsubo!
+1! no deadly drone even after 10K+ miles!

Well, still have to say the worst mod i got is the keyhole cover, it just looks so weird when you put them on.
