Dunlop Star Specs or Hankook RS3. Good tires makes the S soo much more fun to drive. For engine mods I would say TP and exhaust, any 70mm or up diameter all the way through.

Skip the power adders until later. You're better off starting by maximizing the natural abilities of the car, driving the piss out of it and smiling from ear to ear
In my preferred order:
maintenance/tune-up (plugs, fluids, alignment, etc)
tires (gumballs like starspecs, wider on stock rims)
brakes (hi-temp pads, hi-temp fluid, braided lines)
HPDE track day (gotta do it at least once, you need the stuff above, you may need a roll bar though)
power adders and tuning (exhaust, vafc, etc)
suspension
There's a sticky thread somewhere on this forum for free/cheap mods like taking the lid off your airbox instead of an intake and the Modifry stuff.
