Default Advice needed for NA setup

Hi, it is time for a rebuild of my 2.2 and would rather not go back to FI route I previously had so I am here looking for some advice or recommendations. My only requirement is to stay on 91 pump gas and possibly go to a 2.4 route, ultimately getting 260whp is the ideal setting. What would be the best route to get there (mods to look at)? Would stroking to 2.4 and tuning it get me there or do I need any else?

It can easily be done with a 2.4, with supporting mods intake, exhaust, tb, 12:1 comp pump gas 91-93.

I dont see you having to worry about how high you spin it. We build 9000rpm k24's all day long.

Just to be safe get the custom age 625+ arp bolts in your rods and you wont have anything to worry about

If you are just concerned about high RPM power, then you can achieve that with any large diameter exhaust, but if you want to stretch the gains all the way down into the midrange, then you should consider an exhaust with one of my mid-pipes (or my full exhaust system). You don't have to give up a good midrange anymore when you go the NA route!

Increasing the size of the collector would reduce performance. It's not intuitive at all, but it's actually the expansion in diameter from 63 to 76 at the flange that causes the gains in power. If you move the diameter change closer to the engine than it already is, the scavening pulses arrive back to the engine too soon for most of the RPM range. Moving the diameter change further from the engine delays the scavenging pulse, which allows the engine to benefit earlier in the RPM range. If you move it considerably further away AND change the "stair step" diameter change to a megaphone, the scavenging energy is spread out across a very wide RPM range that extends from ~3500 to redline.

87mm pistons, 106mm stroker, cam, ECU, Injectors can get to easy 260 RWHP.
This is not the most cost effective solution. Though, this is a super fun quiet NA solution.
