2001 s2k with aem v1. Hey guys just wanted some input from your experiences if you've ever used a aem v1 intake and transitioned to aem v2 intake. I'm about to buy the v2 and want to know if it is worth it. I've read that vtec in v1 has a harder kick to it than v2. I like that kick when vtec hits . Sound wise which is louder. Does the v2 offer enough to transition over? Please let me know your experiences with the intakes.

No reason to switch IMO and I have the V2.. The gain if any is not with the price of buying it over the v1..

Guy is selling it cheap so I thought id maybe look up on it. But sound wise, is it deeper thAn the v1? Does is still have a kick when it hits vtec?

Only major difference is the stepped intake diameter.

I had both and with the V2 I realy couldn't tell any difference on the dyno either

I just bought the v2. Gotta wait till snow clears till I can test it. Thanks for the input guys.
