Default itb hayabusa

Hi! I have a set of suzuki hayabusa ITB and i want to install them in my AP1. Any help will be much appreciated. Here are my questions:

1) Do the ITB and the intake manifold require internal treatment for a smoother surface?
2) At which exact point should the manifold be cutted, so the ITB can be fitted?
3) What size of horns will i need?
4) What size of injectors will i need? won't the OEM injectors be sufficient just by changing to a higher pressure fuel regulator?
5) Has anyone else tried this before in the past? Id really liked his help with this, cuz im swimming in deep waters. Im trying to gather all the info i can get, but more things keep surfacing i need to deal with.

Thanks!!

i bought a set to realize that they are 44mm at the head side and slightly large at the inlet...way to small for the s2000 and 9k rpms

The s2k IM runners also have a larger ID than the busa TB outlet.

on top of that how would you mate them? if you just use rubber couplings then youre just wasting time. welding them together requires expert tig welding skills as you're dealing with a) aluminum and b) different series aluminum.

for all the above reasons this project is doomed to fail. this could work on a b18 but def not on the f20/22

The tl100 carbs are more suited for itb's but would need some work to get them to fit correctly. They have dual fuel injectors per carb so you could run 8 injectors if you wanted. Also the tl1000 cylinder size is exactly the same size as the s2000. So they should match up nicely. you can fine used ones realy cheap on ebay, check this set out.
