k-pro lets you choose either the tps or the map sensor as your primary load source but does not let you blend them.

Am I going to continuously have to tune for altitude and weather changes guys? It's not a daily driver but I don't want to go theough the hassle of selling my kpro setup, buying AEM and spend all this money on itb's and have a crappy running S and have to constantly be on a dyno.

in reality, no. it really comes down to how the tuner set up the calibration.

what are your goals? power? reliability? reliable power? autocross? competitive autocross? specific autocross class? HPDE? hard parking? An end goal may be easier to determine what you should do/not do.

To answer your question the vehicle is not my daily driver by any means,it's an '01 AP1(im the second owner, bought it from my very good friend that bought it new in '01). I blew the original motor with about only 16,xxx miles on it and i havent driven the vehicle since... in at least 5 years. So I'm now finally going to be putting it back on the road and want to keep it all motor and reliable but make a little more power and add a few choice suspension mods to make to make it fun and track worthy. I'm not looking to drive it in any specific class or anything like that but wouldn't mind throwing it out there maybe a couple of times a year for personal driving pleasure. Oh and I've never owned an itb car and the fact that it wakes up the mid range is great so that's the reason for that.

I would say no to the ACT clutch if you plan to go FI I had one on my old s2k with inline pro stage 1 and the clutch didn't last 1000 miles and thats with the break in period.

Jmays2k I'm not thinking of going FI. But definitely at some point will be building a stroker motor since I have 2 spare blocks ...but later on down the road.
