There is a large amount of misunderstanding floating around on the web about the use of alcohol as a automotive fuel. Most of it comes from people's lack of knowledge about Ethanol and Methanol. Methanol is is highly corrosive to Aluminium but aluminium can also suffer galvanic corrosion when you get into 85 percent ethanol range. Since the 70's most vehicles use an anodising process to reduce the issue and Fex-fuel vehicles also use rubber seals suitable for the task.
If you are wanting to run E85 then your primary concern should be if the fuel pump can supply enough fuel and if the seals are compatible (remember petrol acts as a lubricant for your fuel pump so this is very important, newer multi-fuel pumps tend to have ceramic/composite seals). The fuel injectors will also need to be looked at as these will most likely need to be increased in size as they will need to supply 10-30% more fuel. Depending on the vehicle, mpg for E85 can be some 20 to 30 percent less than with petrol as a gallon of E85 has only 72 percent of the energy that a gallon of petrol has. E85, Ethanol/Methanol have other benefits and pit falls but I can't be bothered to go into them all know as it was not the original question.

As to the original post, you would be fine with 450's from Deatschwerks (what is presuming that the Jenvey takes oem pattern injectors, I'm not 100% on that as I use Titan throttle bodies) even if you are running E85. They offer a very good service and their injectors are very well matched and are a direct install with no messing around. I've got two sets and have found them to be very good.

The simplest solution for the ECU question would have to be as already mentioned the AEM EMS. It would allow you all the tuning options and features you could want while retaining all the factory kit like aircon etc.
If the car is track/competition only then a Motec ECU & Motec PDM would be the ultimate solution.
Currently awaiting delivery of the new Motec M110 Sport ECU and a PDM15 to go into my F20C engined xtreme and will hopefully have it all installed and the loom build by late summer.

It is all fine and dandy to use the motec ECU but today's ECUs are all as good as the man or woman that is tunning them .Aem / haltec/ pectel /omex/ emerald k3 /pro EFI to name some of the ECU's out there .Pick a tunner that you like and let him pick the one that he makes the most power with and use that .
