240whp with Test Pipe and E85 and i would be content with the results.. I have Ap1 Cams and springs retainers to add as well.. Just trying to do the testing as methodically as possible so we know which parts made which power.. So far its proven to make near 230whp with cat in place..

This is why an ems is so important. Even on an almost stock engine it made 13whp at peak and torque increased everywhere.
VTEC cross-overs don't usually need to be lowered to much on stock motors, but when adding mods this can change drastically. On a SRI vs CAI test on an H22, the CAI made a huge midrange gain due to the VTEC cross-over needing to be over 1k lower. I would imagine that the results would be the same on an f22.

nice results, thanx for sharing...looking foward to the next couple days i really need to get a tune...im torn between k pro, aem, and maybe even haltech now...
