A good tune can be done on the street, no dyno needed. But seeing numbers is part of calculating the potency of the car. I may be in the minority, but like to know how much power my car makes as it stands alone and compared to mods or other types of cars. Sticking to the same dyno if you can goes a long way towards consistency, but thats not possible for everyone.
Its meaningless. Some dynos you can modify the dyno to show any number. How many guys you think are validating the state of the dyno software to confirm they are "real" numbers? Dynos are tools to aid tuning by providing a safe and legal environment to hit all load points. Street tuning is both dangerous and probably illegal if you are using public roads.

Actually, the typical roller dynometers is not able to provide tuning ability to all throttle points, its only good for WOT. If you want a good well rounded tune you have to hit the streets. 90% of the tune is in the partial throttle/real world. A dyno is only good for WOT and spitting out a peak number to show your friends.

Dynojet I've made 250 -245 depending on the day. All my dyno pulls were done at Rockstar Garage (RSG).
Modded AP1s hit 195-205 and AP2s hit 210-215. They had one AP2 with BC cams hit 225ish,,,maybe it was even 230.

I have CnCs 2.4 with 13:1 compression running 100 octane. Your power is right where it should be like all the others have been saying.

Some good cams, head work, intake mani, and more revs should get you more power.

BC cams on my motor did not make any more peak power fyi
