If I were to do it again I would get an exhaust I like the sound of. Personally the J's 60RS is the best and is civil enough for DD. Get another AEM V2 for the great sound. A greddy emanage ultimate for tuning to lower VTEC to the 4-5k range. Any left over money would be for a high flow cat.

Honestly though, as I parted out my first S2k, the thing I missed the second-most was a good coil-over system. The J's 60RS is number one.

My .02 don't waste your money on power adders. All u need is a hard top 6pt minimum cage, remove the wall between the seats and trunk, remove the soft top, coilovers, sways, struts, braces, brakes, and light wheels. Good to go

Nice wheel choice man! So you decide what you want to do now after some of our opinions?

Thanks!
Yeah, I'm really thinking about the gears next.

My WRX is getting a cage made for it right now, and I haven't bought seats yet. So I'm thinking I might get the header and EMU, and then get the gears done after I get back.

do u track the car at all? gears will just make you quicker in the beginning but will not add any power...and as a dd gears would not be very practical.

I've had my 4.77 FD for over 7 months now and have forgotten how it compares to stock - I'm used to it and drive accordingly.

My recollection is that is much better than stock as there is an increase in torque and the power band is more accessible.

The only downside if there is one, is that the car now brings out the hooligan in the driver especially when mated to a straight through exhaust.
