Mugen intake

Or buy any aftermarket rad plate and cut out the proper size opening. I picked up a carbon fiber plate off ebay several years ago for about $100 and cut out snorkel provision for my own set up. Considering name brands are important here, you might want to put an ASM sticker or something on it so people know your "legit" when you open the hood

The sticker will cost more than the plate

This Mugen carbon intake was already mounted on the S2k when I bought it.
Problem is that the filter inside is in bad condition i.e there are some small holes and the metal shielding is damaged/cut in some parts(!!!!). I don't know how this happened but I find the current state of the filter beyond repair and very risky for the engine itself.
I tried to order a replacement filter (part no. 17220-XGS-0000), but Mugen discontinued it. I'll put this link here as a reference : Go Tuning Unlimited
Is there a K&N similar filter that I can use? I don't want to move the car until I resolve this issue..
