What intake and exhaust did you use for your F24 build. I've currently got a K&N FIPK and a Spoon exhaust and i'm told that if I switch those out I could make more power.

the most powerful intakes that I have try are js racing and mugen
exhaust you can go with a 70mm single exhaust or with a 76mm single if you can live with the exhaust drone

in my f24 build I had use itbs

never understand why why all itbs have so small cycle for the throttle cable . that makes so on off the pedal of gas . so i modify mine
