Hey everyone, I'm planning to go NA and I was looking around to piece together IHE first, the simple stuff. I decided to go with the K&N FIPK, for the rest Hytech header with 3 in test pipe and perhaps pairing it with Asura 3 in exhaust. Would this setup provide good gains? Im assuming its going to be loud as well. Thanks for chiming in.

sounds like a good plan. dont forget about HFC or TP.

 

Similar to what I plan to do. I already have the FIPK intake and I plan on getting the Hytech header/HFC and the HKS 75mm.

 

I've been keeping my eyes peeled for that new HKS single exhaust. Would be good to see some actual dynos. Piece looks promising, and I know for sure the dual version sounds

 

I think test pipe and and a ems is the best mods to start out with. And then gears. The oem header is pretty good as it is. Most s2k's dont even make that much more power with expensive bolt ons.

 

Would the T1R sparrow 70mm give me better results compared to the Asura 3 in?

 

IHE with a good tuning solution like K pro or AEM, heck even VAFC at least will get you some great gains. The HyTech header setup responds best with proper tuning as well.

We now have the Hytech NA headers STOCKED by the way! Test pipes too

 

sounds like a good start. A tune makes a huge difference too.
