New SOS TB install issue

New SOS TB install issue
I just finished putting a Science of Speed throttle body in with a new gasket and have a small issue I need help with.
I installed and did an idle retune and the engine idles just fine.
However, I encounter a drop in power while driving when i hit the 3-4K rmp mark. The engine feels like its bogged down and there's a slight jerking. This is under normal acceleration. Wide open I don't seem to encounter this issue as much. Everything looks normal and is normal as long as the car isn't in gear. I can redline and don't see this issue.
Didn't have this problem an hour ago with the stock TB.
Thanks

Sticky butteryfly valve... imo... even with the tune. Full throttle allows enough air that it doesnt stick. Small informality. Imo

Something with your re tune at partial throttle? Probably a lean spot. Maybe try putting your old tune back on and see if still present. Monitor your afr either through your gauge or data logging. Should show you.
I'm running one of these, doubt its the tb, unless you installed improperly and you have a gasket leak sucking in air. Double check that your map sensor is secure and didn't get compromised in some way during the swap.

Thanks for the input.
I was looking at one of the older threads where someone was having trouble with this TB, but couldn't find a resolution.
I will check to make sure there isn't a leak at the gasket. I used a new one that I bought from SOS with the TB.
Hopefully I didn't screw up the MAP when I did the transplant. Everything looked okay.
If it's a sticky butterfly valve it shouldn't feel like it's about to die.
If I'm still stumped I will take it to someone with more knowledge.
I've got a KN FPIK attached to the TB if that makes a difference. Also have toda headers and a greddy dual exhaust but stock cat.

I would say especially since you're modifying the opening that decides how much air goes into your engine I would recommend an actual tune. Think about the amount of air is going into your engine and how much the stock ecu actually thinks is going into it.
If you have a datalogger, log the Afr values and see.
