can I put a 370z nismo engine in my 04 s2k?

Go get your tape measure and check the physical dimensions of the engine bay and the engine you intend to put in there. I'd anticipate the heads and exhaust routing would be the most likely to interfere with something in the bay. People have swapped newer Honda v6s in which are of similar construction to the Nissan engine so it's most likely possible but I'm not extremely familiar with those 2 engines to tell you for certain.

Now with that said, you are not the first person to ask will engine X fit in car Y on an Internet forum. Most people that ask this question do not have the skill set required to swap an engine into a car that doesn't have the mounts or electrical system for said engine already there. The people with this skill set just do the swap and don't ask if it's possible because they have done their own homework of measuring and checking of component compatibility.
