i understand what you're saying but even if i wanted to add a compensation table for fuel vs. ignition vs. rpm per cylinder, it's not possible lol. i can make a generic 2d compensation map on the haltech ecu but not what you're trying to do.

even if i was able to do such a thing though, i honestly do not think that the afr's and the ignition timing will be so off that it will yield a huge gain in horsepower. everything has a range. watch this video:
I wasn't really suggesting that the tune could be optimized for a sequential header, but that it would really need to be optimized for it to reach the full benefits. In reality, I just think sequential headers are a bad idea.

However, it sounds like you are saying that you could create a 2 dimentional compensation table. If you could create a 2D compensation for 2 cylinders that allows those 2 cylinders to have different ignition timing at various RPMs, that would be the most important thing. If you could do the same for fuel, then that might be pretty bad-ass.

Of course, it would be a serious PITA to actually find the right tune for each pair of cylinders. I guess you would need to install at least 2 AF sensors and / or 2 EGT sensors.

Gernby,
if sequential headers are a bad idea then which header do you recommend then? That can make real world power.

thx
