Stock exhaust system. Would I lose or gain any from doing a test pipe and muffler swap? What size mufflers?

I wanted to do 60mm test pipe and 60mm greddy ti-c mufflers. I know id gain more with a full exhaust system but thats not what I want to do at the moment.

You should get a test pipe and a catback exhaust. Keeping it 60mm throughout should be fine. You will gain something with that combination, alot more with a tune. Stock, the car gives as much as can be taken without tuning and FI.
