Yes at low loads and part throttle ecu runs in closed loop and will adjust according to the front O2 sensor reading.

I see. So at WOT the ECU runs in open loop and adjusts according to "insert sensor here" (the MAP sensor maybe)?

How many miles on ecu before tune<ie: had the ecu relearned with your mods?>

Yes mainly MAP sensor and IAT, RPM is pretty crucial as well although that is calculated from crank and cam sensors

Absolutely tune.
Air fuel ratio is off with those mods
