not sure where the question comes from. but with 9" wheel, I would still run 245/40, or 255/40 instead of 225/45.
9" is ~ 225mm
10" is ~ 255mm
it really is not that much of a stretch.

Dunlop (and almost everybody else) recommends up to 10" for 255/40-17

I think in the front it's gonna be -almost- no rubbing. Be we'll see what they come out with. But no rubbing that's gonna be a problem for street or track.
