Guys I am about to take the plunge and purchase a set of swift spec-r springs. I am crossing my fingers that these will be the spec spring for spec-s, and at minimum I am assuming that these will be allowed in street class (for the equivalent of 1pt in the 2010 rules). Does anybody have insider information that would say otherwise?

500+ posts -- I think the rules for everything except Spec-S are finalized by acclamation.

One more update/backdate interpretation: AP2 trans in an AP1 is (should be) free I assume?

Yes, any engine/trans combination is free, as long as the transmission itself has not been opened up.

There are already a few cars running F22 paired with a AP1 trans.

Everybody send Ed an e-mail / PM per day, until he publishes 2011 rules.

last year, it was published couple of days after the last S2KC of 2009.

better yet, we make up a rumor about Ed one per day till he publishes.
