Here's the data from the old GTC-200 and the new one. APR GTC-200
The new one is considerably larger, and has a better lift/drag ratio. APR has hired Motorsport Aerodynamicist Andrew Brilliant to run cfd flow tests on this wing. It's the same name but considerably better in every way.

Yeah but we don't want to "speculate" lol.

Charge the new wing as the older version + gurney. Seems plenty fair to me?

+1 from me too. Can always change the points later if they're found to be conclusively better. Where would a type 1s be in the point system?

A 1S is considered a level 2 wing and the same points as the old GTC-200. It's quite arguably a better more efficient wing (speculation). I'm guessing with the redesign of the GTC-200, the NEW 200 and 1S are now on similar playing fields/levels. The old GTC-200 is left behind - maybe 0.125 seconds or 0.25 seconds at most.
