Does it cause a CEL though?
I might have been confused and assumed the 70mm HFC caused a CEL. I figured it did cause a CEL because of the need for a CEL fix.

I think the 06 on (DBW) are more sensitive and are more prone to CEL.
Berk uses the O2 fooler to lessen the chance of CEL. As per rule, I will get one with the flush mount. Hopefully the new proposal will pass next year and then we won't have to worry about it.

I rememberd when I got the flashpro it registered a cel. I forgot the code, but the fix was to replace the O2 sensor on the header. The new O2 sensor was a superseded part with a green wire instead of blue. Hopefully with the new sensor it might lessen the chance of a cel with the HFC. One could hope right.

No, I just looked it up and it looks like the rule changed for 2012
