Default Adjustable rear toe arms

Is it possible to adjust camber with the adjustable rear toe arms that are out there on the market? Or do I need to get separate camber kits for that purpose?

NO. You can adjust toe with adjustable toe arms.

Normally stock rear negative camber is limited by the toe (leading) link so if you replace it with an adjustable link like the Megan Racing bump steer link you can get a little more camber. At one inch lowered I can get -3 on both sides with an adjustable toe link. If you do this and want max negative rear camber have your shop set the rear camber adjusters to full outward extension and then set the toe using the toe link. This is opposite to a stock rear end where you set the toe link to max extension and adjust the toe with the camber adjuster.

So I guess I will still require a camber kit to achieve camber adjustment in the rear?

Nope, both the front and rear bolts of the lower rear control arm are eccentrically located. you adjust camber and toe simultaneously by manipulating these eccentrics.

The stock procedure is to set the toe to zero using the front bolts, then to match camber on both sides with the rear bolts, then set the toe to the desired amount with t he front bolts, then check the camber with the rear bolts, or something as circuitous as that.

If you need more than -3 rear camber then yes.
