When I called I was told it only worked for 01+

Not sure what you mean 06 > 01. Mine is an 07.

(don't know why so big)

I just got the aim dL used and going to contact them about getting it hooked up to the ecu on my 05. I’d like to at least view coolant temps with the lap time
