Air pump bypass/removeal
Sorry but this simulator is only for USDM S2000's.
The air pump only helps warm up the cat when the engine is "cold". When the engine is warmed up, the air pump had no use, thus its absence will have no affect on the emissions test (assuming their monitoring your exhaust gasses and not just reading the ECU).

I sent you a link with the a youtube video of the noise my car is making, also the car has been driven for about 30 minutes and the noise is still there.
Thanks,
So far its working as it should. Just finished building the final version and its quite small (thanks to micro electronics!). I really doubt they'll be any issues given the way this simulator works.
Again this simulator is nothing like the Challenge kit. The ECU works exactly as it should (i.e. it doesn't keep the ECU on regardless of key position).

Caleb,
The Challenge one is only currently offered for overseas customers due to the difference in the ECU's. Glad you figured something out for the US folk. best of luck
