Default Alignment went off after track day

So during track day, i spun out and hit the dirt. I noticed my steering wheel went off center slightly. The car still drove straight, camber seems even on both sides and I didnt hear or feel anything loose. Im assuming the toe setting went off a lil bit. Did anybody experience this before? Im going to get an alignment not so soon.

Get an alignment. The wheel being off-center probably means your front camber settings were readjusted at the very least, though it didn't help the rest of them either since you spun.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I will get an alignment. I just checked the tie rods and they were solid and no bends so it probably is the camber.

Camber adjuster probably walked itself, like Fokker said. Next alignment mark the position of your adjusters in case this happens again.

Might want to check the subframe bolts as well, see this thread for more info https://www.s2ki.com/forums/s2000-ra...-bolts-1011217

How big of a off in the dirt does it take to change the alignment?

Not much depending on how you enter it, assuming it's the good kind of dirt (loosely-packed, grabs the car to slow it down rapidly). If it's harder-packed stuff, it's less likely to do as much, but I consider that to be more dangerous stuff to go off into.

I spun somewhere in the 40-50mph range, leaving the track at less than 20mph and it was enough to shift one of my rear toe adjusters by a pretty large amount.

There's a recent pic on my Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/fokker1138/

I left the surface at ~30mph rotating ass backwards. The toe was a little off front and back, but nothing horrendous and I drove it over 100 miles home after the event before alignment.
