Autocross Tires
I have recently been running in A-Stock on S-02's. Once I burn through the S02's I will be picking up a second set of rims for street and HPDE. My stock rims will be dedicated to Autocross. I am looking to confirm my research on the best R-Compounds that I can also drive to the events on (~20-miles). From what I have found it looks like Victoracers are the best bet. 225x50x16f and 245x45x16r.
Have I got this right (I have a big FSB)? If you have had better luck with another option please let me know. No trailer at this time so V710's will have to wait.

Why no trailer?
Just get a hitch and a Tire Tail. The tail hooks into the hitch and carries the tires in the air, so you don't have to learn how to drive with a trailer.

Are Victoracers being discontinued??? Is there going to be a replacement that will fit AP1's.
I've never seen the TireTail, it looks interesting from the web site. I will probably end up with a trailer at some point. I've pulled trailers my whole life so no problem there. I guess I'm just to lazy to build a Harbor Frieght trailer at this point.
