Default AutoX class???

I did a search but it was not very helpful. What SOLO II class would a S2000 with intake/exhaust/X-brace/STB and OEM wheels/tires/shocks with Ground Control lowering springs be in? Thanks.

You'd be in ASP or SM2 if you choose...

You may also have a local class you can get creamed in. We have a California Street Mod in my region (less restricted than SM).

From what CMiS2K says, the X-brace is not legal for ASP.

If the X-brace has more than 2 attachment points, I don't think it's legal for SM2 either.

"Strut bars are permitted with all types of suspension. Strut bars may be mounted only transversely across the car from upper right to upper left suspension mounting point and from lower right to lower left suspension mounting point. No other configuration is permitted. Additional holes may be drilled for mounting bolts. Only bolt-on attachment is permitted. "

Quoted from http://moutons.org/sccasolo/Rules/sp.html Not sure if this is how it is currently worded for 2003, I don't have my rulebook handy.

I believe the X-Brace is legal for ASP as it attaches the lower left suspension mounting point to the lower right suspension mounting point. The rules say nothing about number of attachment points.
