Anti-Gravity just came out with a new line of slick Lithium Ion Batteries... 880CCA at 5lbs light, and auto shutdown/restart They're not cheap but they're amazing in every other way!

I'm also interested in this battery as I need a replacement. Do you have mounting kit developed for this in the S2000?

I have been researching the antigravity battery and was wondering how much heat can they take? Currently I have a PC680 and its temps get to about 135 degrees due to the turbo manifold. I think the ATX-20 or 30 should fit my need but wasn't sure on there longevity with it being near high heat and how much longer it will hold a charge if the car just sits for a few weeks. My current PC680 only lasts a day before it dies. Any other options out there? Unfortunately my battery has to be 7" long or so due to the fact that I rotated the fusebox. Thanks for the help

We're almost done with the new mounting kit parts are in final machining now! As far as temps, these are expensive batteries and no battery does well being roasted... I'd recommend a heat shield or relocating the battery to the trunk. Luckily these anti-gravity batteries weight *NOTHING* which really opens up mounting options, and we'll have a trunk mount / relocation kit available shortly as well as a stock mount

The nice thing is these will never drain completely as they automatically cut themselves off with enough juice to restart the car, however if you've actually got a significant parasitic battery drain you either need to fix it or put the car on a battery tender while in storage.
