This was the response I got when I asked if they would provide any more details.

Hi Tom, Sorry for taking so long in replying i didnt see the message, yes we are just nearing completion of an LS9 powered S2000 which will be competing in GT cup, there are quite a few photos on the page already which you can share if you like, but as the car is not totally developed yet some of the 'details' need to stay under wraps for the time being. I am due to shoot the car for a few magazine features in the coming weeks so we will be releasing more information then, keep an eye on the facebook page for the updates, Regards Simon.

Thanks for sharing the details Ae Racer , for some reason i cant share the facebook page, but if people look for BlackMambaRacing they should find it
a couple of answers -
-yes Andrew brilliant is involved with this project , we have to be careful with the aero as the class regs have stipulations about that kind of stuff so its not quite as extreme as the model. YET . it may change if we decide to do some time attack stuff where the aero is more open.
- we already have a GT3 911 that races in the class below driven by the owners brother.
-the ohlins dampers are indeed specials , we have factory support from them so they are able to provide technology not readily available .
-we use custom hubs s2000/gt3 porsche so we can use one wheel type and one set of wheel changing equipment ( GT3 porsche wheels) it makes it much easier when running two cars .
-the ls9 is mounted to a drenth sequential with an off the shelf adaptor from drenth its as far back as possible too to help with balance .
-it is currently sitting on the dyno in cyprus where it is being built, stickers are i believe on and it should be leaving for the uk just before the weekend , the first race and test is at Brands hatch 20th of this month
-theres a whole lot of unknowns , wish us luck

regards Simon.

Hats off to these guys, can't wait to see it in action! Was pleasantly surprised when I saw they are from Cyprus.
