I was advised by another member to look at section for brakes in the service manual. It has what I need there and offers two ways to mechanically adjust pedal placement..

I can say on an AP1 at least the car behaves very differently if ABS is off. Differently as the brake bias seems to shift very much to the rear. Had an ABS module code on mine at the track, which turns ABS off. Figured oh well I will just drive it without ABS. When I was a bit hard on the pedal, the rears would lock up first and get the car sideways pretty easily. Took very little brake pressure to lock them too, a ton less than it takes to engage ABS when it is working.
