Breakdown of the Nurburgring
Hopefully this isn't a repost (run a search and nothing came up)
I've always admired The Ring, and if all goes well, will get to drive it one day...
In the mean time i came across a breakdown of the track on one of the forums.

Does anyone know of similar writeups for US tracks?

I've gone through that writeup and it's great info. However, the S2000 requires some different techniques that I have to take into account, like spending more time keeping the rear end stabilised and keeping my speed up through corners. Oftentimes I'll take a slightly later turn in point than what most other cars use.
This year they resurfaced 6km of the track, so several of the bumpy sections mentioned in the guide, like the entrance to Hatzenbach and Kallenhard aren't as dangerous anymore.
I just came back from my second day on the circuit today, great fun! Also got passenger laps in a race BMW E30 with super stiff suspension, my kidneys hurt
If you Ring fans have any questions, send them over, I'll be happy to answer them for you!
