I made 249rwhp/178tq with a bonestock F22C at Church's dyno this past friday on my street car. The only mods were AEM EMS, and Asura Design 3" dual oval-Stock intake, stock header, stock catalyst. I personally tuned the car for a very reliable street tune as I did Kel's the previous week.

peak power gains with I/H/E on our cars no matter how you cut it with the tuning will get you about 20 rwhp max.
The key is the power gain you get by lowering your VTEC which gives you the torque lower down in the rpm range.
