Default Compression or Rebound adjustment?

Right now I am thinking about upgrading my suspension to either Tein Flex coilovers or Ground-Control sleeves with Koni yellows. From what I hear, they are both fairly equal in terms of performance.

My main sticking point in making a decision is the Koni's can adjust rebound, the Tein's adjust compression. So, which is a better option to have. If you vote for ground control, what spring rate have you found to work well?

BTW, my car is an '03 with 18x8 w/225/35's F and 18x9 w/265/30's R. It is my daily driver, not really a big concern as I usually take public transportation, and I am pushing to make about 10-15 track days this year. What would you choose to do? Feel free to suggest other options as well. Thanks

Mike

I believe rebound adjustability will allow you the most noticeable/productive adjustments but those KW's look pretty nice and you can have both.
